The LHC series magnetic pump is a newly upgraded version of the new generation of fluorine-lined magnetic pumps recently developed by Green Ring
. This type of magnetic pump has a brand-new change over the previous CQB-F type magnetic pump.
The structure and function of the original CQB-F have broken through the limitations and deficiencies of the original CQB-F. Highlights include the following key changes:
I. Structure: The entire series of LHC magnetic pumps use the main shaft not moving, and the rotor and the impeller are integrated. Since the main shaft does not transmit torque and is only responsible for positioning, the phenomenon of broken shafts is completely eliminated. The whole pump adopts a rear pull disassembly structure, which is very convenient to install and disassemble.
2. Material: The main shaft and sleeve of LHC magnetic pump adopt clearance fit, and the material is made of self-lubricating and anti-dry grinding non-pressure sintered silicon carbide. The reinforced sleeve of the pump is made of carbon fiber reinforced PEEK, no magnetic eddy current phenomenon, and the pressure resistance is 3MPa.
3. Functional: Due to the above structural design and material configuration, the LHC series magnetic pump can transport corrosive materials containing suspended particles, corrosive materials that are easy to crystallize, high temperature, strong acid and alkali, etc. And can resist short dry grinding.
From the above three points, it can be seen that the new LHC magnetic pump developed by Green Ring completely breaks the shortcomings of traditional fluorine-lined magnetic pumps.
